Lawyer - Corporate & M&A

JOB DESCRIPTION Cuatrecasas is seeking a lawyer with 5 to 6 years of experience to join the Corporate and M A team in our Lisbon office. We are looking for someone to develop within our structure, who will integrate a highly qualified team. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS From 5 to 6 years’ professional experience in M A, Private Equity and Energy; Degree in Law; Professional with a valid license from the Portuguese Bar Association; Solid knowledge of English, both spoken and written (eliminatory factor); Advanced computer skills (MS Office and Internet); International profile; Adaptability; Versatility. COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS An international profile that is constantly learning and developing, able to work in a flexible, collaborative and multidisciplinary environment (workplace 3.0).
