JOB DESCRIPTION Cuatrecasas is seeking a lawyer with four to six years of experience to join the Corporate/Real Estate Practice at our Barcelona office. We are looking for a person who wants to manage clients and cases in a top-tier legal environment and who has a passion for and is committed to the practice of law. DUTIES The successful candidate will join the Corporate Practice team and collaborate with all types of commercial matters: real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other commercial transactions. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS From 4 to 6 years’ experience in commercial law focused on corporate/real estate practice Passion for and commitment to the practice of law Good academic record Advanced English, minimum C1 level Other languages will be valued COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS An international profile that is constantly learning and developing, able to work in a flexible, collaborative and multidisciplinary environment (workplace 3.0). A professional able to create and share new knowledge, responsive to business needs, and in the constant pursuit of efficiency and excellence.
