What you’ll do: Perform incoming receiving inspections in accordance with quality procedures Receive and record parts and materials into inventory systems Issue parts and materials to work orders and sales orders based on requests Process incoming and outgoing piece parts following detailed work instructions (DWIs) Operate forklifts to handle deliveries and shipments safely and efficiently Process rework parts and ensure proper documentation and tracking Conduct inventory audits, investigate discrepancies, and submit findings for approval Complete administrative tasks to support stockroom and operational efficiency Maintain cleanliness and organization of stockroom and assigned areas Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of experience in logistics, warehouse, shipping, or inventory management. 1+ year of experience using inventory systems or basic computer applications (e.g., data entry, tracking) Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs ., with or without reasonable accommodation Valid forklift certification, or the ability to obtain certification within 90 days of hire.
