About The Role
- 1.SPICE建模及品质控制管理；
- 2.SPICE模型测试键设计管理；
- 3.Hspice_模拟分析管理;
- 4.SPICE模型测试键量测及分析管理。
- 1.硕士及以上,微电子/电子工程/材料/物理等集成电路相关专业；
- 2.通过CET-6，有较强的英语读写能力；
- 3.5年以上熟悉硅基半导体器件经验；
- 4.迅速接受和学习新知识、新技能的能力，有强烈的学习欲望；
- 5.沟通能力、吃苦耐劳精神和团队合作精神。
