About The Role

1.Define the program goal according to the company senior management expectations.
2.Facilitate the R&D project activities across different stakeholders.
3.Oversee and coordinate different design engineering and test engineering team to ensure the smooth product development cycle.
4.Collaborate with Technology Development Department on process improvement to ensure the success of R&D project.
5.Own project schedule and budget. Drive the project progress towards projected schedule and goal.
6.Take the initiatives to update the senior management on project progress periodically.
1.BSEE (or equivalent experience) with 12+, MSEE with 8+ or PhD with 6+ years of experience in semiconductor program management;
2.Good understanding in product life cycle from design development to manufacturing development engineering.
3.Strong communication skill and leadership. Good stakeholder management skill.
4.Excellent analytical skills such as volume data analysis.
5.Outstanding written and oral interpersonal skills with the curiosity to work on unique challenges
