About The Role

  • 1.负责清洗部门的研发工作（包括湿法和干法清洗）；
  • 2.与其它部门紧密合作，以满足新产品对制程的要求；
  • 3.负责部门内部的project管理；
  • 4.负责新设备和新材料的研和评估；
  • 5.负责对外部门的日常协调工作；
  1. 硕士及以上学历，理工科背景，物理， 化学，材料相关专业；
  2. 2年以上半导体WET PE经验, 有WET工艺研发经验优先；
  3. 熟悉半导体工艺流程与工艺和机台工作原理（包括湿法和干法清洗）；
  4. 乐于专研，有创新精神，可以承担高强度高压力工作；
