化学机械研磨工艺研发工程师-TD CMP Process Engineer(J18441)

1.Responsible for new product CMP process technology research and development;

<2.Work> closely with design, device, process integration and reliability departments to meet electrical, reliability, yield and cost requirements of new product processes;

3.Responsible for the cooperative research and development, evaluation and development of new machines and new materials, and cooperate with the development and implementation of future technology development lines;

4.Responsible for seamless technology transfer with mass production to minimize new product launch cycle.

<1.At> least 3 years semiconductor working experience;

2.Advance Oxide/Metal/Poly CMP process development experience (eg: low k, Carbon, AlO CMP)；

3.Exploratory, proactive and committed to excellence;

4.Good at solving problems in innovative ways;

5.Good at learning and planning;

6.Fluent English in writing and speaking.
