About The Role

  • 1.熟悉国内外主流的扩散工艺与设备，负责扩散相关工艺及设备研发工作；
  • 2.掌握扩散工艺特点，深入了解扩散相关工艺与设备相关知识，能够与团队成员、跨部门团队有效合作，推动问题的解决。
  • 1.硕士以上学历，理工科背景，物理/光学/化工/微电子/材料等理工类相关专业；
  • 2.5年以上12寸fab扩散工艺或者设备相关经验，有研发工作经历优先；
  • 3.具备良好的沟通协调能力，品德正直。
