3.智能制造结构构建：Intelligent manufacturing structure build up;
4.派工优化：Dispatching optimization;
5.劳动生产力提升：Labor productivity improvement and enhance the efficiency.
1.教育背景与专业知识：本科及以上学历，自动化/计算器/工业工程等工科相关专业背景；
2.行业与专业经验：10年及以上半导体行业经验，8年以上团队与项目管理经验；熟悉QC7大手法、问题分析与解决-8D、5Why技能；熟悉SQL语言，有编写程序的经验；具备自动化派工的经验与逻辑；
3.其他要求：生产管理及智能制造相关涉猎，并具备12寸晶圆厂工作积累。
