1.教育背景与专业知识：Graduated from Engineering Major with Bachelor or above degree;

2.行业与专业经验：5-10 years' experience of semiconductor industry;

3.其他要求：Strong capability in data analysis skills, technical and engineering thinking towards root cause; Strong management, communication, collaboration, driving skills; Open minded and willingness on new learnings.
