About The Role
- 1.全面负责研发线RTD 规划和setup；
- 2.全面负责研发线RTD的优化，持续改善；
- 3.建立RTD KPI 指标，全面为生产团队服务；
- 4.具备OradeSQL 撰写能力。
- 1.本科及以上学历，数学、应用数学、软件工程、计算机等相关理工科专业；
- 2.6年以上半导体工厂RTD建立和管理经验；
- 3.熟练掌握RTD 相关原理、设置、coding 等；
- 4.良好的跨部门沟通协作，及统筹能力；
- 5.有新建FAB RTD 规划和建立经验优先。
