About The Role

1.Subtool(Pump/Scrubber/Chiller)技术对接，设备选型；
2.Subtool设备故障分析异常排除，设备CIP制定及落实，保证机台Uptime；
3.供应商管理，提高供应商团队的作业能力，通过日常监督管理保证日常安全运营；
4.技术资料撰写，SOP、Checklist等制定与优化，作业标准化制定；
5.Cost管理，所负责设备做到持续降本增效；
6.内部各部门技术对接，配合采购、财务、资产、主设备提供Subtool 相关咨询。
1.本科及以上学历，电气、自动化、机械等相关专业优先；
2.半导体设备经验2年以上，熟悉Fab厂运营，附属设备管理经验优先。
