About The Role
- 外观检验管理：主导Wafer出货外观INSP检验index管理，追踪并解决相关异常问题；
- 检测设备管理：建立INSP相关检测设备的Recipe，强化设备检测能力；
- 出货属性管理：管理Wafer出货属性；
- 出货QG管理：管理Wafer出货QG流程。
- 教育背景与专业知识：本科及以上学历，理工科专业；
- 行业与专业经验：具备2年及以上出货管理经验，有半导体行业经验者优先；
- 其他要求：具有跨部门沟通和协调能力，具有团队合作精神。
