Provide Navigation Support to clients on booking tools (Serko, Cliqbook, GetThere & Neo), which would include – password reset, end to end navigation on the booking tool to create a booking, replicating the client booking and if required -escalating to Level 2 support for further investigations in the prescribed format.

Ensure optimum customer service through effective use of the OBT, CRS, positive telephone service techniques, respond to special customer requests added in the bookings made on-line and maintain excellent client relations.

•Handling supervisory calls with clients

•Maintaining productivity and quality as per AmexGBT standards.

•Must have good knowledge of world geography.

•Must be proficient in CRS system (Sabre).

•Must have excellent airfare, car & hotel booking knowledge.

•Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.

•Excellent Communication skills in English (Oral & written).
