Health Fitness Specialist I

The Health Fitness Specialist supports the daily operations of TriHealth fitness centers by providing member supervision, fitness assessments, equipment orientations, individualized exercise programming, and health coaching to help participants achieve their wellness goals safely and effectively. This role assists with wellness program implementation, health screenings, health fairs, group fitness coordination, incentive programs, educational presentations, and data collection and reporting. Additionally, the Health Fitness Specialist performs administrative and operational duties including maintaining accurate records, monitoring program participation and outcomes, supporting scheduling and facility operations, maintaining fitness equipment, completing reports, and assisting with special projects while delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a safe, welcoming environment for all members.
