Trainee - The Complete Banker

TCB Programme is one of the graduate programs at CIMB Niaga whose main purpose is to prepare fresh graduate talents with comprehensive general banking knowledge and exposure to be placed in key positions for a short period of time. TCB Programme began in 2010 and currently has reached Batch 24 with a total of more than 300 candidates recruited. The period of the education program is 24 months/2 years with bonding agreement. The target position after graduating is a Specialist with expected grading in Assistant Manager (AM)/Manager (M)

Max. 28 years old & Single

Possess Bachelor or Master Degree with GPA min 3.25 out of 4.00 or equivalent
