Major Deliverables
Regular monitoring of loan portfolio
Conducting Credit Monitoring Committee Meetings
Track parameters as laid down for Credit Monitoring Unit for deviations
Publish Reports and Dashboards
- Lead a team of analysts
- Portfolio modelling and analysis.
- Interact with field teams for reasons of violation
- Prepare RCA for deviations noted for DC proceedings
- Identification of stress accounts and recommendation of actions.
- Constant monitoring of events related to borrower accounts.
- Annual Review of Accounts.
Conducting Credit Monitoring Committee Meetings
Reporting of actionable to various authorities.
