Data & Analytics Specialist – Finance

The Global Delivery Centre (GDC) in Gurugram is ERM’s global operating backbone. It delivers business enablement services in Finance, HR, IT, and Commercial Operations to ensure ERM’s global business runs seamlessly, efficiently, and consistently.

At the GDC, you will

• Be part of a hub that ensures ERM’s business continuity worldwide.
• Collaborate with colleagues across geographies to support global operations.
• Drive consistency, compliance, and efficiency in core functions.
• Work with digital, automation, and AI-enabled tools to optimise how ERM operates.
• Work in shifts where required, depending on the role. As processes mature and automation increases, reliance on shifts will reduce.

Role Purpose

Deliver analytics, dashboards, and master-data governance for Finance Operations. The role enables insight generation, SLA tracking, and ERP data integration supporting Finance and FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Copilot & Conversational AI — Design and configure Copilot Studio agents; capture user intent and guide actions; integrate with enterprise data and workflows; ensure responses are accurate, structured and grounded in approved knowledge sources.
• Power Apps — Develop Canvas and Model-driven applications; build responsive, user-friendly interfaces aligned to enterprise UX standards; implement role-based access and optimise performance.
• Power Automate — Build automated workflows for approvals, notifications and system integrations with robust error handling and monitoring.
• Dataverse — Design and manage data models (tables, relationships, business rules); ensure data integrity, scalability and security compliance.
• API & Integration — Design and implement REST API integrations; develop and manage connectors; handle authentication, data exchange and integration reliability.
• Governance, Performance & Security — Comply with enterprise security and governance standards; manage environments (Dev/Test/Prod) and deployment; optimise performance and stability.

Experience & Capabilities

• 5–8 years in data analytics or performance reporting.
• Strong hands-on Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven)
• Power Automate (workflow automation and integration)
• Dataverse (data modelling and governance)
• Copilot Studio / conversational AI solutions

Preferred

• Experience with enterprise-scale applications and integration architectures
• Awareness of Microsoft Fabric and analytics platforms
• API integration experience with Zoho ManageEngine
• Familiarity with governance and platform standardisation
