About The Role
Pay: $ 18.08 - $19.65 per hour, plus a 5% Premium while working mobile locations
Start Date: 9/14/26
Schedule: Full-time ( Monday – Friday), with occasional weekends.
Travel: Up to 100 miles from Moses Lake, including weekly overnights as needed. Training will be conducted in Spokane, WA and it’s for 10 weeks. Hotels and meals covered.
No prior phlebotomy experience is required. Paid training is provided.

What You’ll Do
Most days you’ll conduct a blood drive in one of our buses; other days you’ll interact with donors at one of our local donation centers. Every day you will:
- Greet donors, keeping them comfortable and informed
- Perform blood draws (paid training provided)
- Manage accurate and organized donor information
- Receive coaching, encouragement, and support from caring managers who are invested your career and success
- Set up, operate, and break down equipment at mobile blood drives
- Package and transport blood products according to established procedures

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel throughout the service area, including overnight hotel stays
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed
