Lead Activities Aide

Plans, organizes, directs, and participates in a broad program of recreational services appropriate for the participants of Providence ElderPlace. Responsibilities include: 1. Planning and organizing large group and small group therapeutic activities for geriatric participants. 2. Managing a busy day while being very flexible depending upon the changing environmental needs of geriatric participants. 3. Designing individual activity plans for geriatric participants that maximize their therapeutic experience.
