About The Role

The Software Developer I is responsible for all aspects of application development including business analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, and support.

What You'll Do

Executes support and maintenance procedures to help resolve issues quickly at the lowest cost while meeting customer expectations
Owns service escalations from customers, working with direct management and IT to address
Partners with business stakeholders to develop user training guides and business continuity procedures
Partners with business to create and execute onboarding process for new users helping them to rapidly become proficient in using technology
Identifies and escalates improvement opportunities that increase system uptime, improve technology adoption, and drive customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

.net, C#, SQL Server, HTML, and Java Script a plus.
MS Office Suite
3-5 years related experience.
