Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnering
Partner with department heads and business leaders to understand objectives, manage stakeholders, and align HR strategies with business growth.
End-to-End Lifecycle Management
Oversee and drive all critical employee lifecycle activities, from seamless onboarding and engagement to performance tracking and offboarding.
Performance & Talent Management
Drive annual performance cycles (KPIs, reviews, PIPs), lead talent reviews, design succession plans, and coach managers on delivering constructive feedback.
Employee Relations & Compliance
Resolve complex workplace conflicts, conduct thorough investigations, and ensure strict compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
Engagement & Sentiment Mapping
Champion company culture and boost retention by driving engagement initiatives and proactively gathering feedback through regular connects and skip-level meetings.
Workforce Planning & Hiring
Partner with leaders on organizational design and team restructuring while collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to support workforce requirements.
Data-Driven HR Insights
Analyze HR metrics (attrition, engagement, productivity) to identify trends, diagnose systemic issues, and recommend data-backed improvements.
Capability Building (L&D)
Identify team-level learning needs and collaborate with the L&D team to execute targeted capability-building initiatives.
Change Management & Operations
Support organizational change management and HR transformation initiatives while ensuring accurate, confidential maintenance of employee records and MIS reports.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience
3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
Business Acumen
A strong understanding of business operations and financial drivers, with the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives.
Communication & Influence
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of influencing and coaching mid-to-senior level stakeholders.
Problem Solving
Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to navigate ambiguous, complex situations with empathy and objectivity.
Information Security & ISO 27001 Compliance
Security is at the heart of everything we do. In this role, you will be strictly required to uphold our Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies in alignment with ISO/IEC 27001 standards. Responsibilities include safeguarding sensitive asset data, completing mandatory security awareness training, reporting potential security incidents or vulnerabilities immediately, and ensuring that daily operations comply with our rigorous data protection protocols.
