**What's in Store**

We are on the lookout for an experienced **Regional Director – Loss Control** to join our team. As the Regional Director, you will need to be a team player as you will be tasked with managing, multiple states’ inventory, a large Independent Contractor (IC) base, and working with and through internal teams. A positive and upbeat perspective is required as well as the ability to keep up with a fast-paced work environment.

Reporting to the AVP of Loss Control, you will be expected to maintain and positively grow metrics in their territory. To be successful in this role, you need to have strong communication skills (phone, email, and systems), ability to facilitate and review travel, work in a time-sensitive environment, and manage relationships both internally and externally to maintain metrics. You must have experience in a fast-paced team environment. Additionally, loss control experience and Quality Assurance experience is a plus.
