Davies Claims North America is seeking an experienced **Claims Supervisor** to lead a team of Workers’ Compensation professionals, including Adjusters, Nurse Case Managers, and Claims Assistants. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality claim handling, regulatory compliance, client satisfaction, and team performance while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous development.
