About The Role

The Underwriting Performance Assistant provides essential administrative, data and coordination support to the Underwriting Performance Management team. Working closely with the Underwriting Performance Analyst and Senior Analyst, the role contributes to the smooth delivery of regulatory reporting, internal performance monitoring, and business planning activities for Asta’s managed clients.

This role is integral to ensuring data accuracy, timely submissions, and effective workflow across the underwriting performance process.

It also offers a strong foundation for developing technical and analytical skills within the Lloyd’s market, supporting future progression within the Underwriting Performance function.
