Senior Complex Claims Consultant / Claims Counsel - D&O & Professional Liability

The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of complex claims that may involve *seven-figure exposures, securities claims, shareholder disputes, derivative actions, regulatory investigations, fiduciary allegations, professional negligence, excess implications, allocation issues, and significant mediation or settlement activity.*

This role requires strong technical claims expertise, coverage analysis capability, litigation management experience, and the ability to partner effectively with carriers, insureds, brokers, defense counsel, coverage counsel, monitoring counsel, mediators, and internal stakeholders.

This position is well-suited for either an attorney with D&O, professional liability, coverage, securities litigation, or management liability experience, or a senior complex claims professional with demonstrated experience managing high-exposure D&O and professional liability claims.
