**Davies North America**, has an immediate opening for an experienced insurance professional with the ability to supervise adjusters handling but not limited to collision, comprehensive and property damage liability auto claims. This position will support our Third-Party Administration (TPA) claims Transportation Division. This is a remote, work from home position. The ideal candidate will have a college degree, 5 -7 plus years of industry experience and a minimum of 2+ years supervisory experience. The candidate displays a strong work ethic and can successfully work independently. The Davie’s culture is outcome-orientated with strong performance. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable in a fast paced, result driven environment. Will work well with team members, clients and demonstrates an open and flexible attitude.

Primary duties include training, providing direction, implementing procedures as directed by management, auditing files for quality assurance and providing oversight and direction to the claim team.
