About The Role
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented
Manual Testing Engineer
with
3 years of experience
in software testing. The ideal candidate should have experience in functional, regression, integration, and API testing, along with a strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect management, and Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and functional requirements.
- Design, review, and execute test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, Sanity, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing.
- Execute manual testing for web and mobile applications.
- Perform basic API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Validate data using SQL queries.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Prepare test reports and maintain testing documentation.
- Ensure product quality before release.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in Software QA Engineering
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools
Experience with manual and automated testing techniques
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
