Field Operation – Production - Dahej

Role: Field Operator – Production Reporting to: Shift Incharge - Production Purpose: To perform the field related activities at plant as per the communication with panel operator, handling chemical related activities, proper and smooth shift handover and take over, maintaining the equipment with troubleshooting, taking samples for testing, marinating safe working environment by complying all safety guidelines. Responsibility: · Work in plant as per standard operating procedures. · Monitor the field instruments & performance of machineries and give feedback of abnormality if any to supervisors & record the same in logbook & log sheet. · Shift Charge Hand Over/take over. · Collect samples of various streams and ensure the quality as per specification, if any deviation then take necessary actions. · Take appropriate actions with Panel Operator in case of emergency. · Check the performance of safety facilities like showers, eye washes, body wash facility as per checklist. · Startup / Shutdown as per operating procedures. Educational Qualification: Full time Diploma in Chemical / Petrochemical Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in related domain Knowledge : · Knowledge of plant operation with proper & detailed understanding of startup & shut down procedure. · Knowledge of handling the chemicals with understanding of MSDS. · Detailed understanding of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. · Well versed and skilled with safety & Firefighting guidelines and abiding them.
