ETP - FO

Role: Field Operator – ETP Reporting to: Shift Incharge – ETP Purpose: To ensure that plant ETP, RO, TRL operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely . Responsibility: · Ensures continuous availability of ETP. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise within the ETP systems promptly. · Daily Bases Document operational logs, system performance data, maintenance activities, and any incidents or disruptions during the shift. · Field operators adjust treatment processes to optimize performance, ensuring effluent quality meets discharge or reuse standards. · Regular maintenance of pumps, motors, filters, and chemical dosing systems is necessary to prevent breakdowns. · Field operators keep detailed records of their daily activities, including equipment readings, chemical usage, maintenance · Participate in shutdown jobs and timely completion of the planned activities. · Maintain Documentation. Educational Qualification: Full time Diploma in Chemical/ Petrochemical Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience (Chemical/Petrochemical industries preferred). Knowledge : · Knowledge of operation of ETP. RO.TRL Plant · ETP quality understanding and operation monitoring. · Knowledge of emergency handling. And plant trouble shooting · Knowledge of industrial safety practices and environmental laws. Behavioural Competencies: Proactive, Able to work under pressure, Detail oriented. Problem solving.
