Designation: Officer Office Location: Roha Experience: 3-5 Years Key Responsibilities: 1) Operation as Utility Operator, to operate N2 Plant, Chilling & brine Plant Operator, Cooling tower Operator Planning & execution of a)breakdown b)preventive c) modification d) shutdown jobs to minimize down time 2) Execution & Measurement of jobs carried by contractors and bill verification. 3) Inspection of outside jobs. 4) Spares planning a) indenting, b)technical comparison & recommendation, c) follow up, d)inspection of incoming materials 5) Trouble shooting 6) Effective utilisaton of the manpower 7) Coordination with other department to minimize the down time. 8) Preparation of work order for outside contractor jobs. 9) Guidance and development of the subordinates. 10) Implementation of ISO / RC procedures. 11) Implementation of safety related jobs. 12] To make follow up with inter department and vendors 13) Detail reporting and documentation. 14] Knowledge of ERP system 15 ] To ensure good house keeping in sections. 16] To Ensure and maintain requirement of ISO and RC documentation 17] To ensure PPEs compliances 18] To monitor work permit system 19] To supervise contractor activities. 20] To prepare schedule of statutory compliances.
