Logistics Officer - DCTL Dahej

Responsibilities: • Arrangement of approved Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Orders (SO), and Delivery Orders (DO) in SAP. • Planning and arranging RM as per plant requirements, ensuring timely reporting at the plant. • Coordination with Security, Surveyor, Tank farm, Plant, Transporter representatives, Crew, QC Department, and Logistic Park for vehicle unloading. • Informing the Sourcing and Purchase Departments about non-execution of vehicle allotment and loading. • Reporting and following up on any safety incidents during transit until unloading. • Coordinating with all RM suppliers, transporters, and sourcing locations for allotment and loading. • Cross-checking freight bills and managing shortages. • Supporting logistics operations across all shifts
