Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting and strategic outreach.
• Identify and engage potential clients across the US staffing market.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective customers.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the business development team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support revenue growth initiatives.
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales and activity targets.

Required Qualifications

Minimum

• 2 years of Inside Sales experience

• 1 year of experience in the staffing or recruitment industry

Experience in

US Staffing or Workforce Solutions

• is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and maintaining accurate sales records.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven with a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to work during US business hours.

Preferred Skills

Experience selling staffing or workforce solutions to US clients.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
