• Your tasks & responsibilities?

You

• plan
• the filling and emptying of our mobile filters
• (industrial units filled with activated carbon) based on customer orders

and

• available
• stock, and
• schedule
• their
• transport
• between
• the hub or
• warehouse
• s and customers
• and vice versa
• .

You

coordinate

with

• transport partners and external warehouses
• to manage pick-ups and deliveries of filters and fresh activated carbon,
• adjusting plans when delays or changes occur
• .

You

prepare and manage transport documents

(

• e.g.
• shipping documents, delivery notes) to ensure smooth and compliant
• shipment
• .

You

are

a

• point of contact for operational questions
• from customers and internal stakeholders

(

• e.g.
• the Italian internal and external sales teams, and the
• logistics

• warehousing
• and waste departments in Belgium)

• Who are you?
• You have

a

Bachelor’s

degree

or

a diploma from an

Istituto

Tecnico

Superiore

.

You

have experience

in

logistics

,

• operations
• and/or supply
• chain
• .
• You have a perfect knowledge of
• Italian and good knowledge of

English

• You are comfortable with digital tools and have a good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with an ERP system is an asset.
