Project Manager

Key responsibilities: The implementation of a business development plan as well as direct management of all details of project executions under your assignment Leading all communications with clients and suppliers Contract reviewing, finance controlling, operation details management, integration of corporate functions into the project and report of results to management Creating high added-value technical and commercial proposals as a reply to clients’ tenders for RFI and RFQ Budget reporting and cash flow submittal to accounting department to ensure financing Prepare and submit budget quotations/tenders Prepare and perform surveys and fact-finding trips related to projects hereunder port, route, and equipment Sourcing from international parties to get the most accurate services purchase pricing for internal and external purposes Employing company tools such as CRM or TMS to gain maximum advantage from them Attend exhibitions / fairs / seminars on request Ensure and support quality implementation in the department
