Central Kansas - 8 Hrs to 10 Hrs Shifts - LOCUMS

• Pay Rate: $250/Hr, OT Rate: $265/Hr, Callback Rate: $265/Hr
• Call: $250 daily stipend M - F, $800 stipend on Saturdays and Sundays
• Accommodations: T&L paid (flights, hotels, rental car + medmal)
• Shifts: 7a - 5p / call 5p-7a - *8 hr guarantees only

• Supervision Model: All CRNA practice
• Case Types:30% endo, 30% ortho, including backs, 20% general/urology, 15%OB, 5%ENT, About 450 deliveries a year
• Daily Staffing: 5 providers during the day, 5 OR’s
• Notes: Temps are very quick with a clean file
