Address all questions or issues advisors may have Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need if any Offer Solutions based on advisors need & Capabilities Always strive towards meeting sales targets Proper hand holding of assigned advisors for Product , Process , System , Applications training & Learnings. Adherence to set processes of updating customer interactions in CRM next.
