As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities: You assume group-wide responsibility for HR integration and governance as part of the post-merger integration of all eMobility SaaS entities into the DKV target HR operating model. You establish consistent HR governance structures, policies, and processes in close alignment with Group HR and Country HR Services. You drive the rollout of DKV-wide reward, grading, and compensation standards across all entities. You own the people side of post-merger integration and shape a shared culture that connects entrepreneurial SaaS mindsets with DKV’s values. You foster leadership alignment, engagement formats, and a strong “One eMobility SaaS” identity. You design and implement target organizational structures, clear role profiles, and transparent decision-making and governance models. You work closely with the CEO, CCO, CFO, entity leads, and Central HR to translate the growth strategy into sustainable workforce and headcount planning. You lead and develop local HR business partners and HR teams, establish an integrated talent and development model, and strengthen a performance- and learning-oriented culture.
