As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities: You support national and international M A projects in close collaboration with the M A team, with a focus on technical due diligence and the evaluation of integration criteria. You also define the target operating model and develop integration strategies. In addition to leading the cross-functional post-merger integration project team, you are responsible for the operational implementation of the integration strategy. In this context, you work closely with internal stakeholders on M A and PMI projects. You are responsible for the further development and implementation of PMI concepts, methods, and tools. Furthermore, you establish tracking and reporting structures for the post-merger integration (PMI) process in close coordination with management.
