(Junior) Legal Counsel e-mobility (gn) full-time / part-time (hybrid)

As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities: You serve as the primary legal contact for our group companies and business units, with a focus on energy and e-mobility. You advise on the drafting and negotiation of national and international supply and distribution agreements in the e-mobility sector. You review and negotiate Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) contracts related to e-mobility. You provide legal support for the launch and distribution of new products within the e-mobility business unit. You support market entry activities, including coordination with external legal advisors. You develop legal structuring options for new business areas. You provide legal guidance on special projects of strategic importance across the group. You independently manage your workflows and take full ownership of legal matters.
