IT System Engineer IAM/ITSM (gn) full-time / part-time (hybrid)

As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities: You take ownership of analyzing and evaluating functional, technical, and business requirements with the objective of implementing and integrating Identity Access Management and ITSM solutions. You communicate professionally and in a customer-focused manner with users, and create training materials and videos. By designing solution scenarios, evaluating alternative approaches, and preparing decision documents, you contribute to optimization and quality assurance. You also analyze and resolve incidents, ensuring smooth and reliable operations. You identify potential process improvements, implement efficient interface and automation solutions, advise business departments on mapping IAM and ITSM processes, and independently carry out their implementation. In addition to implementation, administration, monitoring, and maintenance of the systems you are responsible for, you create and maintain the necessary documentation for operations and support. You ensure compliance with ISO 27001 requirements and data protection regulations.
