Product Owner - Finance & Back Office

About The Role: The Product Owner (Finance & Back Office) is responsible for translating the product vision into tangible product features, leading product development, and ensuring alignment between cross-functional teams. This role requires managing the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and maintaining a focus on data-driven product improvements. What Will You Do: Determine and define product features and improvements through the product discovery process, using data-driven insights based on Reach, Impact, Confidence, and Effort (RICE). Work closely with a dedicated engineering team to create adaptive solutions for complex problems, ensuring high-quality product delivery through disciplined practices. Continuously research market trends, potential customers, competitors, and innovations. Lead go-to-market strategies by collaborating with other teams and tracking measurable impacts. Maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of product goals and progress. Create and maintain Product Backlogs and Product Goals, ensuring they are transparent, visible, and understood by all relevant parties. Handle product complaints and manage ongoing product operations, including coordinating between product analysts and operations teams. Regularly update and prioritize the product backlog to align with business goals and ensure the highest impact items are addressed first. Utilize performance metrics to uncover business trends, resolve issues, and identify areas for future development. Lead product development in an Agile environment, ensuring all team members adhere to Agile methodology and principles. What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. At least 2 years of experience in Agile product management, ideally within the finance or back-office domain. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification preferred Fluent in English (written and verbal) is mandatory Soft Skill Requirements: Strong leadership and teamwork skills Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both English and Bahasa Adaptability and a self-driven attitude to learning and development Problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities Technical Skill Requirements: Strong understanding of Agile product management practices Familiarity with product development tools and techniques (e.g., RICE framework, Scrum methodology) Excellent data analysis skills and ability to leverage insights for product decisions Knowledge of finance and back-office systems is a plus Be part of a team shaping what’s next.
