About The Role

Our Estimating and Pre-Construction team is looking for an Estimator to join our team in Grimsby, Ontario. In this role you will be responsible for building both conceptual and firm estimates for design-build and competitive tender projects involving modular buildings, non-combustible panels and kiosks. The primary focus is to compile the architectural, structural, furnishing and appliance costs, while coordinating labour costs and sub-trade quotes for mechanical and electrical portions.

This is an in-office full-time permanent role reporting to the Manager, Estimating and Preconstruction Services.
