We are looking for an energetic individual to join our team as a hospitality focused Receptionist. Primary Responsibilities: Answers incoming calls, takes messages and relays messages using appropriate equipment. Assists the Director of Nursing Services, Administrator, Admissions Coordinator, and other administrative staff with clerical functions including meeting minutes, sending/receiving faxes, and other duties as assigned. Monitors the general appearance of common areas and public spaces ensuring that maintenance and housekeeping requests are prepared, and work completed. Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned. Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor Requirements: Must possess a High School diploma or GED Experience working with seniors or in a health care setting preferred. Ability to communicate efficiently in English using proper grammar in a pleasant manner. Microsoft Office knowledge required. Must be able to handle a multiplicity of routine tasks, following specific instructions carefully and general instructions completely. All new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility.
