Business Administrator, Professional Learning

The International Baccalaureate (IB) supports a global professional learning community of internationally minded educators delivering high-quality IB programmes. Professional learning is central to IB’s mission and relies on the effective planning, coordination, and delivery of scheduled and provider-led events. The Professional Learning Business Administrator role provides dedicated administrative and operational support to the PDD Regional Business Managers in the Americas, APAC and AEM regions. The role ensures that scheduled business processes are managed efficiently, consistently, and cost-effectively. The postholder contributes to high-quality service delivery for schools, providers, and internal stakeholders through accurate coordination, reporting, and systems management.
