Academic Advising and Retention Counselor (Oxford)

The Counselor is a full-time, 12-month, professional staff position housed in the Student Services. This position will be responsible for providing counseling for students with psychological/emotional/social, and academic concerns. The Counselor will also have responsibility for coordinating advising and retention programs and services for students. In addition, the Counselor is charged with creating an atmosphere that promotes student success, social and academic engagement, academic success, and personal development.
