Outbound Sales - Appointment Setter (AU Dental Clinic, Office-based)

• Confident handling objections and converting leads into appointments
• Experience managing high volumes of outbound calls
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and conversion targets
• Strong confidence and professionalism on the phone
• Resilient, motivated, and results-driven
• Fast learners who can adapt quickly to different patient situations
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
• Appointment booking and lead conversion experience is highly desirable.

What will you do?

• Conduct outbound calls to patients to schedule appointments and promote dental services.
• Follow up with existing and potential patients to encourage appointment bookings and service renewals.
• Handle patient inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about services, treatments, and appointment availability.
• Build rapport with patients and deliver a positive customer experience during every interaction.
• Manage objections confidently and effectively convert leads into confirmed appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, call outcomes, and appointment schedules in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call, booking, and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure smooth scheduling and patient follow-up processes.
• Identify opportunities to re-engage inactive patients and support patient retention initiatives.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards while maintaining patient confidentiality.
