PHP Developer

We are on the lookout for a PHP Developerto join our IT Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using PHP (Laravel).
• Design, implement, and maintain REST APIs and WebSocket services.
• Integrate with external services and internal microservices.
• Create and maintain Laravel database migrations.
• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best development practices.
• Use Git (GitLab) for version control and collaborate within a development team.
• Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and business analysts to deliver new features and maintain existing functionality.
• 3+ years of commercial development experience.
• Strong expertise in PHP (experience with PHP 7.4+, Laravel).
• Strong expertise in Kafka/RabbitMQ multi-node consuming/producing.
• Strong DB query building/optimization expirience (MySQL 5.7+, PostgreSQL 16.8 +).
• Experience with REST API / WebSocket.
• Experience writing and maintaining Laravel unit tests.
• Experience writing Laravel DB migrations.
• Confident knowledge of working with Git (Gitlab).
