ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are currently recruiting an Account Receivables (AR) Clerk GERMAN speaker for our office in Poland. He/She will be responsible of securing revenue for the business by checking and following up on external Agencies from Germany and Austria. This position requires a very analytical person with self-discipline, determination, and a positive attitude.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the daily operations of the Account Receivables department and give a satisfactory aid towards solving any payment problems; help and solve any question related to client´s account.
  • Provide ad hoc information and data analysis as requested.
  • Meet established timelines, and pre-defined objectives for assigned work.
  • Updating receivables by checking deposits on bank accounts, identifying deposits and recording them on the system in order to keep the balances updated and under control.
  • Contacting clients in case of lack of payment to recover the due amount.
  • Inbound calls to attend Agent´s doubts related to the balances and and outbound calls to collect funds and prevent debts. It includes to keep a good management of the account and a proper review of their financial situation with the company.
  • Suspension of debtors’ Accounts and constant follow up to collect the funds.
  • Minimum A-level education, degree in a financial discipline an advantage.
  • 1-2 years’ work experience. Experience in a call center handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls would also be valuable.
  • Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in German + English or Spanish
  • Team player.
  • Organization and time management Skills
  • Detail orientated and accurate.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable when working in a fast-paced environment.
