CRM Manager

• We’re looking for a hands-on CRM Manager who enjoys building and optimizing customer communication across international markets.
• You’ll manage CRM campaigns end-to-end in a lean, fast-moving environment where ownership and execution matter.
• What you’ll do

• Build and optimize CRM campaigns across email, push, in-app, SMS, and other channels
• Manage lifecycle communication and automation journeys
• Work hands-on in CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Create segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing initiatives
• Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Build and optimize automated customer journeys across CRM channels
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Commercial, Data, and Compliance teams
• Support product launches and commercial initiatives from a CRM perspective
